Requirements
- Able to perform legal research
- Having sufficient legal knowledge
- Having sufficient analytical skill and legal logic
Intern Duties (Example)
Performing legal research:
Researching foreign investment law in Indonesia;
Researching the acquisition of Territory in Indonesia by a client (foreign investor);
Other duties:
Summarising regulations;
Summarising legal documents;
Clarifying certain legal issues with the relevant authority;
Preparing report and legal memorandum;
Familiarising with the Foreign Investment Law 25 of 2007, the company law 40 of 2007 and the Presidential Regulation 44 of 2016 (Negative Investment List);
