Academic Program Officer
Primadi Soerjasoemanto is the Academic Project Officer for the 2025 Business Practicum Program (JPP).
He has a unique background in the intersection of business, academic, and public policy. He is a lecturer at Tanri Abeng University and leads a leading market access development management consulting firm that assists global expansion across borders.
With more than 20 years of experience, previously he gained experience working for leading Indonesia marketing consultants, the Anglo Hong Kong global banking corporation, the largest British trading house in the Asia Pacific, and managing an ICT hardware retail store franchise in Indonesia.
In addition to serving numerous global clients in different sectors, Primadi also lived in and worked in Sweden, Finland, and Spain with extensive travel between many countries globally, it is affording him deep experience and understanding of international business processes, pitfalls, and culture. Primadi then saw the gap between international companies’ expectations and the reality check in their expansion.
Currently, he serves as a Board Member of the Danish Indonesia Chamber of Commerce and AIESEC Indonesia Alumni Organisations while previously serving as Vice Chairperson of Alumni Swedia Indonesia and President of Rotary Jakarta Sentral International.
Primadi graduated with an MBA degree in Strategy & Organization from Universitas Gadjah Mada and Jönköping University before he took his Master of International Public Policy at the SGPP Indonesia in addition to his Bachelor of Marketing from Diponegoro University. He was also a research fellow at the University of Eastern Finland and the University of Oviedo.
