Sarah Wisista
Program Assistant
Sarah Wisista (Sarah) is a Program Assistant at ACICIS Jakarta Office. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Cultural Anthropology, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta. Aside from her involvement in ACICIS, Sarah does a lot of qualitative research and editorial work across various topics and disciplines, ranging from gender-based issues to urban anthropology.
Sarah is also a part of the first cohort of youth editors in Inside Indonesia, an Australian-based publication reporting news and happenings from within the homeland. Her branches-of-figs interests are scattered across anthropology, youth activism, pop culture, language, and witchcraft. In her free time, Sarah likes to read, watch films, listen to music, and consult Tarot cards for excruciating choices of life.
