About Misael and Partners Law Office
Misael and Partners Law Office & Tax Consultant was founded by Bobby Stiven.,LL.M.,CLA on a Christian basis in Jakarta on 20th of June 2015. The name MISAEL was chosen because it is the Baptist name of Bobby Stiven.S.H.,LL.M.,CLA which means “Who is equal with God” (Daniel 1:19). Our goal is to be a law office that can serve the public with open arms so that we can become salt and light in every legal matter that are faced by society. We provide and offer legal service and consulting services for litigation and non- litigation in various scope. The scope includes:
1) Family Law
This field is closely related to Divorce Prenuptial Agreement, Divorce Settlement, Marriage Assets, and Child Custody
2) Business and Company Law
Closely related to the process of making agreements, examining documents or agreements, making Legal Opinion and Legal Due Diligence (LDD)
3) Labor Law
Closely related to aspects of the Manpower Act. Assist the company regarding matters relating to employees such as making work agreements.
4) Intellectual Property Rights Law
Closely related to Copyright and Industrial Property Rights.
5) Land Law
Closely related to land and ownership issues. Assist companies in the process of purchasing, preventing, and resolving land issues. Besides that, it is also able to help with its management.
6) Dispute Resolution (Litigation)
Closely related to litigation settlement in court, Arbitration or other institutions.
In addition to the legal fields mentioned above, we also provide Legal Services in the fields as stated below: Banking Law, Tax Law, Transportation Law, International Law, Licensing and License (NIB, etc).
