Rizky Demas Arjunanda
Program Assistant
Rizky Demas Arjunanda (Demas) joined ACICIS as a Program Assistant in September 2024. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations focusing on Peace and Conflict Studies from Universitas Gadjah Mada in 2023. During his time at university, Demas was an active member of the Gadjah Mada Debating Society, achieving top placements in both national and international debating competitions. He also participated in the Harvard National Model United Nations (HNMUN) in 2020 and served as a facilitator for the International Friend for Peace Day organized by AIESEC in Thailand in 2022.
Prior to joining ACICIS, Demas worked as a Program Manager at Literaku Indonesia and was involved in organizing significant events such as the Australia-Indonesia In Conversation 2023 and the International Conference on Disability Rights (ICDR) 2023 hosted by the Australia Indonesia Disability Research and Network. He also contributed to the ASEAN Plus Three International Seminar and Student Camp on East Asian Studies in 2024. In his spare time, Demas is passionate about supporting human rights. He enjoys learning languages and exploring new topics through binge-watching content, particularly from Korea and Thailand. He also takes on occasional work as a master of ceremonies and enjoys catching up with friends.
